We remember Graeme.  We miss his gentle smile, his kind demeanour, and his warm presence.  Thank you to everyone for collectively folding 5122 paper cranes for Graeme.  These symbols of healing and hope have been sent to Heaven.  We are grateful for your ongoing thoughts and prayers from all corners of the world, with remembrance ceremonies held to honor Graeme in Vietnam, India and Canada.
