Graeme loved creating and playing music.  September 5th would have been his 18th Birthday.  Help us send a musical message into the Universe for Graeme.  Perhaps some how, some way, his spirit will be able to feel the love that is still here for him through music and art.  No musical or artistic talent/experience is necessary.
