Resources

You are not alone.  We can all use a little help from time to time. Below is a list of links to websites that have been suggested to us by you (our supporters and visitors--please continue to share your constructive feedback here).

ConnecTeen, Canada’s first peer-based chat and text helpline, gives you the space to talk about your problems confidentially with someone who understands—someone just like YOU. Special thanks to AW and EB for letting us know about this peer support system. Also, a special shout-out to EB for volunteering their time there once a week.

Many family and friends have kindly donated to this well established organization as a resource and advocate for all youth. An additional $2000 was recently donated to KHP by our 2 winners (EP and JL) from the "Stars for Graeme" event.
